Just found out about Ron's death tonight.  So sad to hear.  Also, sorry to hear it is so late.

Ron and I worked together at MPC/Pegasus from 1995 to 2008.  He was a very close friend during our work years.

As a quick story of memories of Ron, he was the first call I got from work personnel when my mother passed away in 2000.  I'm sure the call was harder for him than it was for me.  I appreciated his comfort at that time.  Shows his care and compassion.

On the lighter side, I enjoyed his preparation for his trip to Tanzania.  As always, he did his homework and prepared well.

RIP,  I will never forget you Ron.

I’m so sorry to read of your dads  passing. When he hadn’t been in the nursery this spring to get his usual hibiscus  I had hoped he had moved away and not stopped to say goodbye. I actually googled him earlier in the summer but had forgotten his first name was actually Carl and for some reason I remembered it this morning. 

I have many great memories of helping both Darlene and Ron pick out flowers for their yard. We’d talk about our mutual love of Hawaii, bird watching and hibiscus.  They had me over a couple of times to see their hard work (yard) and to watch their hummingbirds that stayed year round. 
The last time he was in he was sharing pictures of your daughter and speaking of how it was so nice spending time with your family. 
They both are remembered and missed.

Ron and I have been friends for over 40 years.  Even  though most of our encounters were business related, I always felt that he was more a personal friend than a customer.  We looked forward to sharing our personal stories of the day more so than taking care of the business at hand.  That was just one of the things that  made our friendship so special.  We always supported each other when it came to our good and bad experiences that life presented to us.  Every year we would discuss a fishing trip to go chase the speckled trout, but unfortunately every year we never seemed to make it happen.  I will miss my very good friend.  My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

I had the opportunity of working with Ron for many years, and after he retired we became very good friends and stayed in close contact. I also had the chance to meet and spend some time with Darlene who was a very wonderful person. Ron was an honest, hard working person with a big heart and I will never forget him. My condolences to Chris, his wife and baby to whom Ron loved very much and was very proud of.

Having Ron and Darlene for neighbors at the lake was perfect.  Couldn't have asked for anyone any better.  They both stepped up to make Fountain Lake a much better place and make us so grateful to call them friends.  While Ron wanted to spend so much more time on the lake, fate wouldn't allow it.  I know he and Darlene are now celebrating being together once again.  We will miss you terribly but are go thankful to have known you for as long as we did.  God bless.  RIP Ron!

I first met Ron many years ago as his banker and had the honor of that becoming a great friendship with him and his wife, Darlene. I will miss my chats with Ron and hearing him laugh, but I do take comfort in knowing that he is back with his love and that he left a legacy in his son, grandchild and the great many friends he left behind. I will carry his memories with me until the day comes that we meet again. 

Ronnie you were such a kind and caring person and I’m going to miss you so much. You will never be forgotten. Rest in peace. Love to you from Maine. ❤️🙏
