Carol Jean Glenn went to be with her Lord on September 1, 2016. She was born on September 26, 1937 to parents Earl Douglas and Nina Inez Hudson in Houston, Texas. Carol was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend that will be dearly missed by all of those who knew and loved her. She is survived by her children Sondra, Raymond (Cecilia), Damon (Sharr), James (Nora) and Bryan; grandchildren: Trent (Serena), Taelor, Avery, and Nina; great-grandchild Lennox and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends. Carol is preceded in death by her parents, brothers: Wiley Hudson and Douglas Hudson, Jr.
The family will receive friends for visitation Tuesday, September 6, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Brookside Funeral Home in the Grand Chapel followed by a burial at Brookside Memorial Park & Cemetery.
