Carson O Ray

Carson Owen Ray, Sr., 96, of Houston, departed this earth on Friday, November 18, 2011, and took up residence in Heaven. Born to Robert and Nancy Josephine Chaudoin Ray in Alma, OK, on July 25, 1915, he was preceded in death by his loving wife of 66 years, Ora Wilkinson Ray; sons Lee E. White and Carson Ray, Jr.; his parents, 7 brothers and 5 sisters and their spouses. He is survived by daughters Patsy Ray and Jo Wilcox and husband Bill, all of Houston; daughter-in-law Linda Alig Ray of Indianapolis, IN; grandsons Joe and Eric Wilcox; granddaughters Paula Dulovics and Lucinda and Rosemary Ray; great granddaughters Carlyn and Jo Ann Dulovics; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother whose memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him even as his soul lives on in Heaven.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm Monday November 21, 2011 at Brookside Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be conducted at 2:00 pm Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at Brookside Family Chapel with interment to follow in Brookside Memorial Park.
