Cassius Miles Dennis, III was born May 2, 1967 in Charleston, South Carolina to Cassius M. Dennis and Lucy Dennis both deceased. He and his brother Matthew were raised by their step-mother Alice Vickers since they were very young.
He loved cats, reading, playing baseball, heavy metal music & was a member of the Astros Buddies in the '70s. He attended Lovett Elementary, Pershing Junior High & Bellaire High School.
He has resided at Brookside Assisted Living Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado for about 25 years. He passed away as a result of a traffic accident.
He is survived by a brother Matthew Dennis & wife Cheryl, step-parents Alice & Bob Vickers, Aunts Trella Dennis Hughes & husband Phil, Theresa Dennis Keen and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
He is with God now and his mind is at peace & his body is whole.
A funeral service for Cassius will be held Friday, January 13, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home, 12800 Westheimer Road, Houston, Texas 77077. Following the funeral service will be a graveside servcie from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery, 12800 Westheimer Road, Houston, Texas 77077.
