Charles L. Cagle Jr., age 70, passed away on October 24, 2025. Born September 5, 1955, Charles dedicated over 30 years of his life to Security Services at Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston, TX, where his commitment and steady presence touched countless lives.
Outside of work, Charles found joy in traveling, often taking vacations to Las Vegas to enjoy gambling and shows. A devoted Houston sports fan, he cheered faithfully for his hometown teams and built an impressive collection of sports memorabilia cards. He was also a passionate gun enthusiast and proud member of both the NRA and TSRA.
Charles is preceded in death by his parents, Charles L. Cagle Sr. and Helen E. Cagle. He is survived by his siblings Craig L. Cagle, Cynthia Magner and husband Michael, and Candace Gomez and husband Guadalupe. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family and all who knew him.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on November 15, 2025, at Brookside Memorial Park, 13747 Eastex Freeway.
