Charles K. Green

Charles Kenneth “Ken” Green, 89, passed away on May 22, 2017. Ken was born on November 25, 1927 to Samuel and Mattie Green in Taft, Texas. He married the love of his life, Patricia Ann Jaschke, his wife of 64 years, after serving in the U.S. Army and graduating from Texas A&I. He had a long and distinguished career of 38 years with Amoco Production Company. Ken loved the Lord and attended Berachah Church in Houston, Texas for many years. He left a legacy of children and grandchildren that love the Lord and who love and respect him dearly. He loved his family and could often be found teaching his grandchildren how to fish and golf and was always in attendance at his grandchildren’s events.

He is preceded in death by his granddaughter Caroline Green and 5 sisters and brother. He is survived by his wife Patricia; daughter Linda Green and husband Steve Ferguson; son David and wife Janice Green; six grandchildren Mary and Karen Ferguson, Katherine Ellington, Laura Darville, Susanna Green and David Charles Green and great grandchildren Emma and Michael Ellington.

A grave side service will be held at Memorial Oaks Cemetery Wednesday May 24 at 3:00 p.m.
