Charles P. Leggington, 61, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 30, 2014 in Fresno, Texas. He was born on August 31, 1952 in Houston, Texas to Anthony and Beulah Raybon Leggington. Charles attended Lockhart and Turner elementary schools and Ryan Junior High. He graduated from Houston Technical Institute High School before honoring his country by serving in the United States Navy. Charles worked for many years as a pharmacy technician and retired from the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.
Some of Charles’ favorite hobbies included his love of music and movies and fishing.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Gisela May Leggington; his step-son, Kevin Apalisok; his siblings, Anthony Leggington, Jr., Michael Leggington, Deborah Carpenter and Antonette Robinson; and numerous other loving relatives and friends.
