Christopher graduated from Klein High School in 1980 and joined the Navy in 1997. He was married to Megumi Sherratt for 25 loving years. Christopher had a career as an aircraft mechanic for the U.S. Navy, AECOM, and U.S. Army Aviation Battalion Japan.
He had a passion for many things such as motorcycling, cycling; working on cars, motorcycles, and bicycles; woodworking; and watching baseball games. But above all, he was deeply devoted to raising his kids and watching them grow.
He is survived by his wife, Megumi Sherratt; his children, Sarah Sherratt, Kento Sherratt, Remi Sherratt, Erin Sherratt, Mia Sherratt, Hugo Sherratt; and his brother, Russell Sherratt.
A visitation for Christopher will be held on May 22, 2025, from 11:00am to 12:30pm at American Heritage Funeral Home, 10710 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, Texas 77038. A committal service will follow at 12:45pm at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, Texas 77038 where military honors will be rendered.
