Daniel was born on November 23,1942 to Chen One-Ye and Chen Lui Ling in Taipei, Taiwan. He married Sherry Chen in Taipei, Taiwan, he was a loving husband, father, grandfather and enjoys watching sports and play card games.
He is survived by his wife, Sherry Chen of Houston, Texas; children Rose Chen and husband David Webster of Bellaire, Texas, Sally Chen and husband Chien Wei of Bellaire, Texas, Phebe Chen and husband Johnny Shim of Bellaire, Texas, Ruby Chen and husband Suon Cheng of Los Gatos, California, grandchildren, Matthew, Oliva, Kirby, Evan, Chase, Harrison, Julianna, Joshua and Elisha.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June 13, 2024 at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home & Cemetery 13001 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77079.
