Darlene Smith Weigelt of Alvin, Texas passed away June 7, 2015 surrounded by her family. Darlene was born on November 20, 1931 in Trinity County to Travis and Dora Lee Smith. Darlene leaves to cherish her loving memories, her husband of 64 years, Alfons R. Weigelt, daughter: Barbara (Warren) Hamons, son; Daryl Ray (Shirley) Weigelt, 7 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at Brookside Funeral Home located at 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039; from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at 10:00 am, with interment to follow at Brookside Memorial Park.
