The news of David’s passing has deeply saddened us all. He was not just family but a pillar of immense kindness and generosity. David’s radiant spirit and boundless generosity were his gifts to us, gifts that were especially cherished by my son, whom he treated with such affection and kindness.

David’s legacy is one that will be carried on in the stories we tell and in the warmth we share when we speak his name. He had the rare ability to light up a room and lift the spirits of everyone he encountered.

As we gather in memory of David, let’s find comfort in the love he spread and the lives he enriched. His was a life truly well-lived, and though he has left this world, his spirit remains with us, guiding and inspiring.
