He was a lifelong resident of the Acres Home area, who exemplified strength, dedication, and love throughout his life. A graduate of Klein High School, David also served honorably in the U.S. Army, demonstrating his commitment to patriotism. He dedicated much of his life to working in his family’s business L. Lovett Cement Contractors. He embodied the values of hard work and loyalty. In 1973, David married Linda Wells, to this union, they welcomed two wonderful children, David Lovett Jr., and Chelsea Mason.
