Deb had an independent nature from the time she was born. She did things her own way. She adored her family and all animals. From our earliest days catching horned lizards and toads in Jersey Village to adopting strays along the way. She adopted many cats, dogs, birds, chickens and goats throughout her life. She was a loyal friend, and was loved by many.
Deb and her late husband, Jim, moved in with our father and cared for him until his passing. We will forever be grateful for her loving care of our Dad.
Deb was preceded in death by her parents, Milton and Ruth Livingston, her infant son Damon Silva and her husband, James Vinson.
She is survived by her sisters Sandy Williams (Joel), Ginger Thevenote (Tom) and a brother Russell Livingston (Denise). She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, Nathan, Lindsay and Ross Williams, Ainsley and Aaron Thevenote and Bryce and Brooke Livingston.
