Delores Gorski

A native Houstonian, she was the daughter of Steven Edward and Kate Gorski. She is preceded in death by her parents, Brother Jerry Blair and wife Joyce, Brother Leroy Gorski and his Son Darren Gorski.

Delores is survived by sister-in-law Sheila Reynolds, nephews; Keith Blair, Jeff Gorski and wife Debbie, Kirk Gorski and wife Kelley, niece Valerie Collier and husband Casey, great nieces; Amanda Snyder and husband Marty and daughter Selby, Emma Gorski, Ashlee Nichole Gorski, Kristin Hux, and husband Jon and son Ayden and Kali Blair, great nephews; Luke Gorski and Shawn Crowell and son Colby and cousin Sue Wright and husband Chet. She is also survived by long time friends Gaylene Taylor, Beverley Bowen and many other friends.

Delores retired from Texaco Inc. after working in the Financial area for 35 years. She was known for her quick wit at any occasion. Some of her hobbies were gardening, jewelry making, jigsaw puzzles ad traveling.

Delores was a member of St. Peter’s United Methodist Church, Katy, the Leftover Friends Class and a long time participant on the Care Team.

Viewing and Visitation will be at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home on July 26, 2019 at 5:00pm-8:00pm. A Celebration of Life Service will be at St. Peter’s United Methodist Church Katy, 20775 Kingsland Blvd., Katy, TX 75450, July 27, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers please make a memorial gift to St. Peter's United Methodist Church or a charity of your choice.
