Diana Morris Perkins

On December 2,1946 Diana Morris was born to the late Freedie Lee Collins. She was the second child of 14 children. Diana was raised on Hardy Street by her great uncle Dee Anderson. Diana graduated from Kashmere High School in 1964.

Diana met William Perkins III and they where married on February 10, 1967. There were two children born to this union. Diana and William settled in Northeast Houston to raise their family. Diana enjoyed traveling the world wither husband, family and friends. Diana was known for being an amazing wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She was a major influence and impact on her grandchildren’s up bringing and being there when anyone who was in need.

Diana is preceded in death by her mother Freedie Lee Collins, two sisters Doarlene Hamelton and Caronlyn Morris, two uncles Winston Anderson and Dee Anderson.

On Thursday October 29, 2020 Diana wish to be with the lord was granted. She leaves to cherish her memory, two children Kimberly Perkins and Kevin Perkins. Grandchildren Samantha Perkins, Demetria Perkins, Porscha (Lazarus) Fairley, David Reed, Dexter Myles Jr, Whitley Myles and Darryl Washington Jr. Greatgrandchildren Jeremaih Jenkins, Robin Jenkins, Madyson Hicks, Majesty Fairley Aija Reed, David Reed Jr and bonus daughter Pamela Perkins, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
