Born in Houston, Texas, Donald lived a life full of love and dedication to his family. He is survived by his wife, Merladine Grymes, and his cherished grandchildren, Megan and Candice. He was preceded in death by his children, Tod Grymes and Gay Grymes.
A visitation will be held at Brookside Funeral Home, located at 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX, 77039, on February 16, 2026, starting at 9:00 am. The funeral service will follow at the same location at 10:00 am. A committal service will be held at Brookside Memorial Park at 11:00 am.
Donald will be remembered for his unwavering devotion to his family and his beloved nature. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
