She finished her career as a research Biochemist at MD Anderson Head & Neck Cancer Research.
Dorothy had a passion for lifelong learning and an active lifestyle. She enjoyed working out with her favorite trainer, Rhett, and found joy in taking Spanish classes. Her final few years were spent at Parkway Place Retirement Community where she met many new friends and was known as the Puzzle Queen. She was able to bring her cat there which made her very happy, and ZZ was a hit with the gang. Her friends and the staff at Parkway were amazing and many bonds were made here.
