Edward Roy Shaw “Buddy”, born December 28, 1935, entered into Eternal Rest March 18, 2012. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Nell Carolyn Thompson Shaw, his mother Bertha Pierre Fontenette, his sister Priscilla Shaw Armstead and his father Roland Shaw. He leaves to cherish his memories, his children: Yolandra Shaw, Rosalyn Shaw; granddaughter: Alexus Shaw; sister in-law: Cletis Thompson and husband William; nephew: Nicholas Thompson; brother in-law: O.B. Thompson; nieces: Gail, Lynn, Carla, Angela and Karen; his first cousin, Lawrence Pierre; his long-time friend, Agie “Sonny” Cormier along with numerous family and friends.
