Edward Frank Wood

Edward "Frank" Wood, 83, born March 15th, 1932 in Indianapolis Indiana, son to Edward Wood and Emma Attwell, went peacefully with the Lord on April 9th, 2015 surrounded by his family at home in Huffman, TX after a battle with cancer. He was a devoted Christian and a U.S. Army Veteran. He loved God, family, friends, and his country. He is survived by his wife, Frances Marie Wood; sons: Mike Fawcette-Wood and wife, Johanna Fawcette, Paul Wood and wife, Sun-Hui Wood, David Wood, and Kenny Wood; stepson, John Karol and wife, Pat Karol; stepdaughters: Patty Wilhoite and husband, Herald Wilhoite, and Linda Browning and husband, Dave Browning; grandchildren: James Fawcette II and wife, Veronica Fawcette, Amanda Bergeron and husband, Josh Bergeron, Natalie Wilson and husband, Earl Wilson, Brandy Hicks and husband, Jesse Deloach, Johnny Hicks, Johnny V. Castrol, Jr., Christina Wood, Brandon Wood, Sarah Wood, David Wood Jr. and wife, Nancy Wood, Mathew Wood, Herald Wilhoite Jr., Eddie Wilhoite, Angie Perdue, Randy Perdue, Kim Ficklin and husband, Jim Ficklin, Jeff Fawcette and wife, Sheri Fawcette; great grandchildren: Anastashia Fawcette, Zachary Fawcette, Hope Fawcette, Logan Fawcette, Grace Fawcette & Noel Fawcette, Alisa Fawcette, Christian Fawcette, McKinsey Fawcette, Maisey Fawcette, Aja Fawcette, Logan Diomandes, Sharlette Fawcette, Shaydance Fawcette, Shanell Wilson, Brandon Hicks, Jessica Hicks, Martin Wood, Ayden Wood, Lonnor Wood, Aubree Wood, Rylee Grace Wood, Logan Wood, Spencer Wood, Madea Wood, Majorea Wood, Herald Wilhoite III, Alyissa Wood, Eddie Wilhoite Jr., Joshua Wilhoite, Skyler Perdue, Isley Perdue, Paul Perdue; and great-great grandchildren: Stevey Estette and Tia Wilhoite.

Funeral Services will be held Sunday, April 12th, 2015 at 2pm at Brookside Funeral Home in Houston, officiated by Rev. Brother John Scott.
