He was born in Estanzuela, Mexquitic de Carmona, San Luis Potosi, Mexico on February 18, 1952.
He was married to Genoveva Hernandez on January 9th, 1985.
Eladio worked in the construction industry for over 40 years including running his own business, Hernandez Roofing Co.
He had a passion for helping others, cultivating crops, raising farm animals, performing mechanic repairs, and attending gatherings.
He is survived by his children, Eladio Hernandez Jr, Pablo Hernandez, Grandchildren; Emmanuel Hernandez, Brothers and sisters; Ernestina, Eloisa, and Gaspar Hernandez.
Funeral arrangements will be held at 11:00 AM, April 28, 2021 at St. Cecilia Catholic Church, 11720 Joan-of-Arc Dr. Houston TX, 77024.
