Born on August 20, 1951, to Felipe and Graciela Sori, Esperanza was a devoted mother, grandmother, and friend. She was known for her warmth, optimism, and love of life. She enjoyed cooking, reading, dancing, and celebrating special moments with family and friends.
She is survived by her daughter, Niza Montero; her granddaughters, Maria and Sophia; her brother, Phil Sori; and her sister, Otmara.
A funeral Mass will be held on May 14, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. 6646 Addicks Satsuma Rd, Houston, TX 77084. All are welcome to attend.
