Estelle Cross,96, passed away December 14, 2011 and reunited with her loving husband of 67 years, Alfred Burton Cross and her son Alfred Bobby Cross. She is survived by her precious daughter, Dorothy Batterton; five grandchildren: Cynthia Harris, Alfred Bruce Cross, Pamella Jody, James Batterton and Paula Batterton; along with numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.Estelle was an active member at Park Memorial Baptist and Broadway Baptist where she served for 60+ years. She received a 25 year certificate for children's ministry, taught adult sunday school classes and sang in the choir. She was a homemaker all of her life, raising not only her children and grandchildren, but also keeping many others in her home. Estelle's legacy will continue to carry on.
