F. Jean Brady Marsh

Francis Jean Marsh, 78 of Houston passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, Wednesday, September 5th, 2012 after a long and courageous battle with Alzheimer’s. Jean was born June 30th, 1934 in Amarillo, Texas to Vincent and Lora Brady.

She is preceded in death by her mother and father. She is survived by her loving husband, Lee Marsh of Springfield, Missouri, sons; Greg & wife Debbie of Knoxville, Tennessee; Mike & wife Tammy of Houston; Christopher of Houston; grandchildren, Dustin and Ashton Marsh; and a sister, Mary Begey. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.

Jean and Lee met in 1954 in San Antonio, Texas, and married within a year, eventually settling in Houston. Jean was very active in two Catholic parishes; St. Jerome as an organist, choir member, and assistant choir director; and St. Cecilia’s as a choir member. Above all she was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother who adored spending time with her family. The family would like to express their deep appreciation for the assistance given to Jean and Lee by Connie & Miss Theresa over the last years.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 8, 2012 at 11:00am at Klein Memorial Park, 32539 State Hwy 249, Pinehurst, Texas.
