Felicita Flores Eureste

Felicita Flores Eureste, 98 years old, from Houston, Texas passed away peacefully on March 14th, 2023 surrounded by her loving family and dear friend, Janie Gallegos. Felicita was born on February 22, 1925 in Hondo, Texas where she met the love of her life, Joe T. Eureste. They were married for 58 years before Joe was called home in October of 2000. Together they had nine beautiful children. Felicita was a kind and loving soul who will be missed and remembered by many. Her faith in God was unwavering. She prayed her rosary daily and shared God's word with all of her family and friends. She loved gardening, needlepoint and watching her novelas. She also enjoyed fishing and taking long walks. She was a great cook! Felicitas pride and joy was her family. Felicita is survived by her children, Yolanda Ramirez, Josie (David Paramo), Rita (Pete Hernandez), Elvira (Robert Trevino), Joe (Lupita Eureste), Jesse (Carol Eureste) and Chris (Lupe Eureste); 56 grandchildren, 51 great-grandchildren, 10 great-great grandchildren, numerous nephews, nieces and friends. Felicita is preceded in death by her husband, Joe T. Eureste, daughter Lucrecia Almendarez, son Dennis Eureste, son in law Roberto Ramirez, parents Cayetano and Leonor Flores and all of her brothers and sisters. Services will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Crespo, 2516 Navigation Blvd., Houston, Texas 77023 on March 27, 2023 from 2 to 9 pm with a Rosary at 7 pm. Mass will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 2405 Navigation Blvd, Houston, Texas 77023 on March 28, 2023 at 10 am with burial to follow.
