I just came upon this notice of Frank's passing.  My thoughts and prayers go out to all of Franks family.  For sue, Frank was a very special kind of human being.  Allways a gentleman with a wit and sense of humor second to none.  I recall many years ago back in the 70's when Frank was Manager od the Equipment Division and Gunther Eschenbrenner was Director of General Enginnering at The M.W. Kellogg Company in Houston.  We were in a crisis of shortage of engineers.  Gunther held weekly staff meetings to review hiring progress.  Gunther hammered on all of us to produce hiring results.  At one point, Gunther asked Frank how many resumes for Manager of Equipment Division he had come across? Of course, Frank was the incumbent and thought it strange to be asked such a question.  Why would Frank be looking for his replacement?  Frank,  in his usual great sense of humor retorted: "No Gunther, I have not  come across any good candidates for Manager of Equipment Division,   but I did come across many good candidates for Director of General Enginnering!"  Wow! The meeting room went silent and then erupted in laughter.  Vintage Frank McPartland.  Such was his sense of humor and quick wit.  I never forgot this moment and caused me to appreciate Frank even more.  A great memory of a wonderful man.  He may be with our Lord, but the memories of Frank live on.  A fabulous human being and  great role model of what is was like to be a professional.

Please accept this brief but heartfelt expression of my sympathy on the death of your dad. I have warmhearted memories of Uncle Frannie and Aunt Pat and will cherish them always. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Dear Maire', Kevin and family,
I am very sorry to hear of the passing of your dear Father, Grandfather, and Great Grandfather.  He was a special man and I regret that I did not see him for many years.  Please find comfort that he is now reunited with Aunt Pat and through God's mercy is resting in peace.

Frank was a funny, witty and kind man.  I already miss him coming to the office for his peppermints.  He brought so much fun to our karaoke nights (he was a really good singer!) and was a friend to all who knew him.  We will all miss his presence but are happy he is resting and peaceful with God.

Sorry for the loss!  Frank was a unique person that was always level keeled and willing and happy to help and mentor.  The time I had working with Frank was some of the best of my professional life.  His mentoring was fantastic and prepared so many of us for the technical portion of our lives.  A true loss!

Frank was a special volunteer for many years at West Houston Assistance Ministries. He could repair anything that came through the shop at the Second Blessing store.
A fine Christian gentleman.

The residents of Camden Royal Oaks lost a very wonderful friend and neighbor. He was much admired by everyone and he  even had a special connection to our pets. They loved him too.The world is a better place because of people like Frank. God Bless Frank and his wonderful family.
