Frank Nathan Dill, 52, of Sugar Land, TX, passed away suddenly on November 13, 2012. He was born in Houston, TX on Feb. 9, 1960 to George and Anna Nell Dill. In 1987, he married his wife Joan Howard Dill, formerly of Warren, Mich.
Frank enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid fisherman and hunter. He often took his daughters hunting or fishing with him and they grew to love the sports also. The family enjoyed all outdoor activities including camping and river tubing. He also coached t-ball and soccer when his children were younger. He is survived by his wife Joan and daughters, Rachel, Rebecca, Miranda and Melissa of Sugarland, his mother Anna Nell Dill of Livingston, TX, sisters Sharon Dill Kerr and her husband Jeff, Tissa Dill Tinkcom, brothers Robert Dill and Lewis Dill and Elaine, sister in-law Judy Howard Story and her husband Steve, brothers in-law Jack Howard and his wife Gail and EB Howard and his wife Hillary, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces and great nephews. He is preceded in death by his father George Lloyd Dill, father in-law Bennie Howard and mother in-law Melva Chafin Howard. Frank will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
