He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Alice Perez Moreno. His children include; Mario and his wife, Margot Moreno, Sarah Blancett, and the late State Representative, Joe Ernest Moreno. Frank had four grandsons: Taylor Blancett, Drake, Matthew and Andrew Moreno. His nephews: Ernie and his wife, Danielle Perez and Eric and his wife, Michelle Perez. Grand-nephews and nieces: Jeremy, Noah, Zach, Zoe and Arianna Perez, Lauren Spaulding and other nieces and nephews.
Frank had a passion for music and played trumpet for 45 years.
Visitation will be on Monday, July 25th, at Brookside Funeral Home on 13747 Eastex Freeway from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm, with a Rosary at 7:00 pm. The Funeral Mass is scheduled at 10:00 am on Tuesday the 26th at St. Patrick Catholic Church, followed by a procession to Brookside Memorial Park for the committal service.
