He was born in Hartshorne, OK on August 8th 1946. Frank graduated from Sam Houston High School in Houston Texas in 1964. He was married to Victoria Guadalupe Ruiz on April 5th 1974. Frank had a career in law enforcement spanning 40 years. Frank was an officer with the Houston Police Department from 1972 to 1993. He was then an officer for the Tomball Police Department from 1993-2014.
He loved sports and was a passionate fan of the Astros, Texans and Rockets. Frank also enjoyed trips to the casino with family and friends.
He is survived by his wife Victoria Stachmus, daughter Shirley Denise Stachmus, son Frank Bruno Stachmus Jr. and wife Diana, daughter Veronica Stachmus Landon and husband Jason, grandchildren Ava Grace Landon and Lily Regina Landon, sister Joyce Buckner and numerous other loving family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Julius and Rebecca Stachmus and brother Julius Stachmus Jr.
