Gladys Kelly a longtime resident of the Houston area died last Thursday, October 8th, 2015 at her residence. She was born October 8, 1931 in Manchester, Jamaica. She attended Bryce School in Manchester , Jamaica and later immigrated to England where she worked at the Kelloggs Company for 18 years. After her retirement she moved to the United States in 1988.
She loved good food and socializing with friends. She was kind and thoughtful and had a wonderful smile. She enjoyed many games and was an ardent lover of Bingo.
She is survived by her husband Luther of 52 years, step-son Wally, brothers Daniel and Albert and sister Victoria and several nieces and nephews. She is now reunited on the other side with her parents Bob and Mary and three brothers Charlie , Joseph and John.
