Gladys Earline Damon McBride , age 85 was born on Tuesday, April 27, 1926 in Mount Alba, Texas to Edward Damon and Mattie McCalister Damon. She entered into rest on Friday, November 11, 2011 in Humble, Texas. She is reunited with her parents; husband, Alvin McBride; daughter, Kathryn Harrison and grandson, Richard Bryan. She is survived by four children, Joyce Parmer, Ida Wiggins, Betty Harrison and Odell Wiggins; eleven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held on Tuesday, November 15, 2011 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Pat H. Foley & Company. A Graveside Celebration of Life will be on Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Rosewood Memorial Park, 2602 South Houston Avenue, Humble, Texas 77396 with Pastor S.E. Gatlin of Bethel Community Church officiating.
