Guadalupe Palacios, de 92 años, de Houston, Texas, falleció el 27 de junio de 2022. Guadalupe nació el 16 de septiembre de 1929. Guadalupe fue una mujer de fe que llevó la palabra de Dios a todas las regiones de Houston. Si Guadalupe no asistía a estudios bíblicos, se la podía encontrar orando por teléfono por alguien, aprovechaba cada oportunidad que se le presentaba para orar por los demás y ayudar a los demás. Guadalupe fue una persona generosa desde el principio, ya que siguió los pasos de su padre. De niña, era conocida por visitar a los enfermos en sus calles y dar a los pobres. A medida que se convertía en una jovencita, Guadalupe llevaba ropa a los necesitados de su pueblo. Como mujer casada, sirvió en la iglesia "Our Lady of Sorrows", así como en la iglesia de la Resurrección. Siendo madre de dos hijas, enfrentó una crisis estresante que la llevó a buscar al Señor con todo su corazón, ahí fue donde conoció a su redentor, su sanador, su salvador. Siguió dejando el mundo atrás y Cristo adelante. Ella buscó al Señor diariamente, un avivamiento tocó su vida y se llevó a cabo en su corazón, él suplió sus necesidades, la consoló y le dio paz. Dios llamó a guadalupe para difundir la palabra de vida, la verdad del amor de Dios para todos. Cuando tenía tiempo, se ofrecía como voluntaria en la despensa de alimentos y ayudaba a las personas sin hogar. Guadalupe era florista y su flor favorita era la Calla Lilly. Durante su tiempo libre, disfrutaba hacer tamales y cuidar su jardín, al cual dedicó mucho tiempo y esfuerzo a nutrirlo y hacerlo lucir agradable.
Guadalupe dejó su hija Sylvia Chavez; su hija Sonia Palacios Trevino; su hija Susan Petereit y su hijo Joe Frank Palacios; su hermana Josephina Martinez, su hermana Narcisa Martinez, su hermana Maria De La Lose Martinez, su hermana Dolorez Martinez y su hermano Manuel Martinez; su nieto Nathaniel, su nieta Amanda, su nieto Kyle, su nieto Seth, su nieta Jada, su bisnieta Cathalina y su bisnieta Isabella, su bisnieto Amelio, su bisnieta Azala y su bisnieta Victoria.
Guadalupe falleció luego de su esposo Frank Palacios; su madre Guadalupe Rodriguez y su padre Jose Martinez.

Guadalupe Palacios, 92, of Houston, Texas passed away on June 27, 2022. Guadalupe was born on September 16, 1929. Guadalupe was a woman of faith who took gods word to all regions of Houston. If Guadalupe was not attending bible studies, she could often be found praying through the phone for someone, she took every opportunity that came her way to pray for others and help others. Guadalupe was a giving person from the start as she followed in her fathers footsteps. As a child, she was known to visit the sick in her streets and give to the poor. As she grew into a young lady, Guadalupe would bring clothes to those in need in her village. As a married woman she served the church "Our Lady of Sorrows" as well as Resurrection church. While a mother of two, she faced a stressful breakdown which led her to seek the lord with all her heart, that's where she met her redeemer, her healer, her saviour. She followed leaving the world behind and Christ ahead. She seeked the lord daily, revival touched her life and took place in her heart, he met her needs comforted her, and gave her peace. God called guadalupe to spread the word of life, the truth of Gods love for all. When she had time, she would volunteer at the food pantry, and help the homeless. Guadalupe was a florist and her favorite flower was the Calla Lilly. During her free time she enjoyed making tamales and tending to her garden which she put a lot of time and effort into nurturing and making look nice.
Guadalupe left her daughter Sylvia Chavez; her daughter Sonia Palacios Trevino; her daughter Susan Petereit and her son Joe Frank Palacios; her sister Josephina Martinez, her sister Narcisa Martinez, her sister Maria De La Lose Martinez, her sister Dolorez Martinez, and her brother Manuel Martinez; her grandson Nathaniel, her granddaughter Amanda, her grandson Kyle, her grandson Seth, her granddaughter Jada, her great-granddaughter Cathalina and her great-granddaughter Isabella, her great-grandson Amelio, her great-granddaughter Azala, and her great-granddaughter Victoria.
Guadalupe passed away after her husband Frank Palacios; his mother Guadalupe Rodriguez and his father Jose Martinez.
