

Texas, passed away peacefully on August 6, 2025. A devoted mother, grandmother, and lifelong educator, Helen leaves behind a legacy of compassion, resilience, and service.
Born on March 17, 1955, in Clarksville, Red River County, Texas. Helen dedicated her life to the pursuit of knowledge and the empowerment of others. As a school teacher, she spent many years shaping young minds, instilling confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning in her students. Her classroom was a place of warmth, structure, and inspiration—reflecting the values she held dear. Helen was united in marriage to Vincent Paul Reaux, on June 26, 1978. They shared 47 years of partnership and family until his passing. Though they spent time apart, she remained committed to the love and life they built together. Though widowed, Helen carried forward with grace and strength, always placing her family and faith at the center of
her life.
She is survived by her children, DeCarlos Lundrae Williams and Nicki Shenae Reaux; her beloved grandchildren, Trinity and Brian Jordan; sister Lynne Reimonenq and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family, friends, who were touched by her kindness and wisdom. Helen was the cherished daughter of Carrie Jean Williams and Virgil Love, who preceded her in death along with sisters Brenda Hopkins, Glenda Lockhart and Sandra Dixon.
Helen will be remembered for her outgoing personality, her unwavering dedication to education, and the deep love she had for her family. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of all who knew her.
