Henry loved his family, proudly served his country, and enjoyed going to annual veteran reunions. He became a published author, penning, Valiants Die Many Times, in which he recounted his Vietnam War experience.
He is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his two children, daughter, Leticia Wright, husband Chris Wright, son Chris Torres, his three grandchildren, Isabel Wright, Abigail Wright, Ezra Wright, his surviving siblings, brothers, Bill D. Torres, John Richard Torres, James Andrew Torres, wife Gloria, Eloyd (Rusty) Torres, Sister Theresa Zapalac, husband Bobby and his nieces and nephews.
