Idell Virginia Siegert was born November 2, 1917, in Bellville, TX and passed away on January 20, 2013 at 95 years young. Idell is preceded in death by her parents August & Bettie Steck her husband of 58 years Harold Howard Siegert that passed on October 15, 1999, also her sisters Leila Belle Steck, Magdalene Maude Steck, and Hilda Marie Landrum. Idell is survived by her sister Lola May Cullum, Katy, TX daughter Linda Walden, Houston, TX her sons Glenn Siegert, The Woodlands, Kenneth Siegert, of Houston, TX , 9 grandchildren, 16 great grandkids, and one great great- grandchild , host of nieces and nephews. Visitation for Idell will be Wednesday, January 23, 2013 from 6-8 PM at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Services celebrating her life will be Thursday, January 24, 2013 in the Robert L. Waltrip Memorial Chapel at Texas Liberty Mausoleum at 11:00 A.M. Concluding services Idell will be laid to rest in Memorial Oaks Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please make memorial contributes in Idell’s name to the Heart Association, Alzheimer’s Association or Bear Creek United Methodist Church
