Mrs. Irene Harding (Daughter, Sister, Mother, Grandmother and Friend) was blessed with 86 years before her soul was notified of a "job well done" and departed during a visit with her daughter in Dallas, Texas. She was born in Heflin, Louisiana and was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and three of her sisters. She was married to Oscar Harding who preceded her in death. She is survived by her three children Georgetta Johnson of Dallas, Edward Harding and Notasha Harding of Houston and her sister Nadine Brown of Heflin, Louisiana. On the eve of her departure she engaged in a lively conversation concerning preparations for her return to Houston, but God had other plans. Irene led a quiet life that was dedicated to her family and church. She met few strangers and was an avid reader of the Bible. May God bless and keep you Mother. Amen.
