To the Ramirez Family:  My sincerest condolences.  My parents, Manuel and Dolores Rodriguez, were good friends with your Mom and Dad, Paul and Isabel.  I knew both of them since I was a child.  My Mom and Dad saw your parents often especially during your Dad's illness.  I was the person who helped him get into M. D. Anderson.  I have been in Dallas for the last 21 years and have often thought of your Mom.  I wanted to call her and tell her my Mom died in 2000 but didnt have her number.  My Mom spoke to her often by phone.  I was so sad to hear that Lizzie has passed also.  She and I knew each other well since we were children.  They were all wonderful human beings and I know they are reaping their reward.  You were blessed to have such a wonderful Mom.   May your beautiful memories sustain you during this time.  My prayers are with you and I join you in saddness.  Henri Lazo, Plano, Texas

Tato, and the entire Isabal Rameriz Family- Words cannot begin to express what a beautiful soul we all had the honor of knowing.  She shined so bright with the light of the Lord, and embodied all that was peaceful,loving, and accepting.  In such a tumultuous world that we find ourselves a part of these days, Isabel was a beacon of light and strength that was refreshing for all whom had the privilege of knowing her.  God Bless the entire family, and may we all find solace in the many memories we will forever hold, and in knowing that we have another angel who will now watch over each of us

To Tato, Aunt Mary and the rest of the family, I am so sorry and my prayers are with you during this difficult time. I had the pleasure of being around Isabel on many occasions and she had a wonderful heart. I will always remember our trip together to New York City. I will miss her.

I will always remember My Aunt Bel as a devoted mother and grandmother who loved the Lord with all her heart and soul.  I am so grateful to have known her and to have experienced firsthand, her acts of kindness, generosity, and love.  We know she is with God and will remain in our hearts forever.

I remember Mrs. Ramirez as a kind and loving lady. She brightened my mother's last years here by visiting her in the nursing home , attending her last birthday party, and asking about her whenever I would talk with her. My condolence and sympathy to her family.

My dearest Aunt Bell, your smile, loving arms, and kindness will always be remembered. I will miss you. I am grateful to have so many memories of us together. You were one heck of a shopper. Seeing you tackle the shoppers at the famous Filene's in Boston was an experience. Your imagination and artistic ability was seen in all you wore and created. You beauty will endure forever. God be with us all.

May you rest in peace Aunt Bell. You are an official angel in Heaven and will always be an angel in my heart. I will miss you deeply. I know my Daddy, Mother & Brother are with you, along with Uncle Paul,Lizzy & Uncle Willie watching over our family. I love you Aunt Bell.

Aunt Bell was the sweetest, kindest and most welcoming of anyone I know.  She was genuinely happy to see all who came to visit, and often had much conversation filled with family history, love of art and a rich knowledge of books, people and life.  She was our family historian and writer of her memories, which I am grateful to still possess.  She was and always will be the most genuine of souls that I was ever graced to know.  I will forever remember her voice and will smile with a warmth when I think of her.  Her gifts graced us all, and we are all the better for having her in our life.

My Mom taught me so many things. My faith in God is the most important. I will always hold her memory close to my heart. Our family has a new guardian angel!

I will always remember my Aunt Isabel as a sweet and loving Aunt. She carried the Reyes Legacy and I was honored when she gave me her diary of the Reyes History to record and carry on. I know she is walking the streets of Heaven with my Uncle Paul, her husband and my cousin Lizzy, her daughter. Rest in Peace Aunt Bell. Tell my Mom, Dad and Brother hello from me.
