Jack Donald Couch, born July 31, 1926 passed away January 19, 2013. He is survived by his daughter, Debbie Hollis and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm Friday, January 25, 2013. Graveside Service will begin at 12:30 pm Saturday, January 26, 2013 at Brookside Memorial Park.
