Willie (Jackie) Guidry was born in Galveston, Texas on June 21, 1951 to Jessie Chapman and Son Chapman. She accepted the Lord as her personal Savior at a young age at Christian Fellowship Church in Dickinson, Texas. At the time of her death at age 60, she was a member of McGee Chapel Missionary Baptist Church.
Jackie graduated from Dickinson High School. She was a long term employee of GTE/Verizon. She worked as a sales representative until retiring in 2003.
Jackie was a loving, kind and giving person. She loved to garden, to cook, to travel, and to spend time with her family. She also enjoyed reading and shopping.
Survivors include her loving and only son, Eric B. Webb and a devoted daughter-in-law, Laurice M. Webb, as well as her two grandsons, Alex and Ryan Webb, her sister Mary Francis Reed; her brother Ricky Chapman; her nieces Tracy Rankin and Sharon Wright; her nephews Derrick Reed and Aaron Bryant; her great-niece Tianna Rankin and a host of other relatives that reside in the Dickinson and Kansas area.
