Jane I. Hughes, 92, beloved Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother passed away September 11, 2012. She was born in Katy, TX on July 19, 1920 to Hal and Alice Wilson. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Kenneth Hughes. Jane is survived by her loving children: Randy Hughes and wife Patricia, Sandra Hughes Boyd. Jane was better known as Nonnie to her 3 grandchildren: Brent Boyd, Blake Boyd, Leslie Fussell; 8 great grandchildren: Baiyli Boyd. Blaike Boyd, Braydon Boyd, Brauch Boyd, Elias Boyd, Avery Boyd, Lexus Hosford, Hunter Hosford. She loved and cherished her family very much and they all loved her equally. Jane graduated from Rosenberg High School, was a member of Hidden Valley Church of Christ and her church family will surely cherish the memory of her style, class, prim and proper appearance and unique sense of humor. Her love of the Lord was great. Visitation will be from 5:00pm until 8:00pm Thursday, September 13, 2012 at Brookside Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be conducted Friday, September 14, 2012 at 10:00am at Brookside Funeral Home with interment to follow in Brookside Memorial Park.
