Jared Candler Duzan, 28, of Sugar Land, passed away on October 23, 2025, in Sugar Land.
Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Garden Oaks Funeral Home. Arrangements are entrusted to Garden Oaks Funeral Home.
Jared was born in Houston on September 2, 1997, to Robert and Bridget Duzan. He attended Kempner High School in Sugar Land, where he was a proud member of the Kempner Marching Cougars. Jared had a vibrant and kind-hearted spirit. He enjoyed Marvel movies, video games, Dungeons & Dragons, listening to music, and spending time with his friends and loved ones. He also cherished his time attending Camp That Love Built in Brenham, Texas.
Jared is preceded in death by his grandfather, Gary Brothers; his cousin, Keithen James Bishop; and his cousin, Lexi Elise Duzan.
He is survived by his parents, Robert and Bridget Duzan; his sister, Megan Duzan; his grandparents, Robert and Gerry Duzan; his grandmother, Nola Herring; as well as many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who will forever remember his gentle heart and joyful presence.
Jared will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
