

Jerry Flores of Houston, TX Passed on from this life to eternal life on January 26, 2022. Jerry was born on January 13, 1960, in Houston to Florinda Flores and Francisco T. Flores. He was the 4th of 7 children. Jerry worked in the oil field industry for over 40 years. He started working for an international oil company right after high school and worked his way up to have a successful career in the Oil Field Industry. His hard work and determination helped him grow into managerial roles to include, Purchasing, Global Supply, IT, and International Traveling. Jerry loved to travel, had a big heart, and he was a big Astros fan.
Jerry is survived by his brothers, Luis Flores, Francisco Flores, (and his husband Jeffery Cook); sisters, Doris Pitts, (partner Arthur Perez), Brenda Murrah, Patricia Flores, Florinda (Linda) McNorton, (husband, Donald McNorton); nephews, Joshua Garcia, Cody McNorton; nieces, Chelsea McNorton, Lauren Hardwick, and Sarah Hardwick.
The family is to gather for a private Viewing, Funeral Service, and Rite of Committal at Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery in Houston on Friday, February 4, 2022, beginning at 9 am. Deacon Eduardo Dolpher is to serve as celebrant.

Jerry had a love of life that can’t be captured or defined. He will be missed and to honor his life we must commit to living every day with promise and determination.
