Jesse Hernandez Arellano

Jesse was preceded in death by his spouse Linda Arellano.

He is survived by his siblings Katie Garcia, Raymond Aguirre, John Aguirre, Henry Solis, Olivia Arellano, and Romalo H. Aguirre. Children Beatrice Whitehead, Jesse Arellano, David Arellano and wife Diane, Linda Samudio and husband Steve, and Angelica Bankhead. Grandchildren Bianca, Melinda, Candice, Misty, Crystal, Stefanie, Bobby, Melanie, Miranda, David, Tiffany, Steve, Valerie, Nicholas. Great grandchildren Jacob, Jordan, Mila, Racquel, Vanessa, Leah, Angelo, Justin, Jeremiah, Gabriella, Jayce, Luka, Elysia, Juan Angel, Makayla, Alayna, Ethan, Izaiah, Elijah, Sofiah, Ameerah, Amelia, Yusef, Jazlynn, Jayde, John, Alexia, Nathaniel, Dominic, Joel, Sebastian, and Victoria. Great great grandchild Collins.

Jesse made his career as an overhead crane operator for the Gulf Coast Portland Cement Company until his retirement. He spent his golden years enjoying his family, cooking, and watching court tv. He was always dressed to the T with creased pants, a button shirt, and leather zip boots. He made the best ribs, turkey, and dressing. In every conversation, he was eager to hear updates on everyone’s lives, even if you had to speak a little louder for him to hear. He loved his family and will be greatly missed.

Funeral service will occur Tuesday, September 24, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM, 5100 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77022. Committal service will occur Tuesday, September 24, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at Brookside Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 13747 Eastex Fwy, Houston, TX 77039. Gathering to follow Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at Houston Hustlers Academy, 5830 Martha Ln, Humble, TX 77396
