Jimmie Lee Craig went to be with his Lord on October 2, 2017 at the age of 73. He was born on December 29, 1943 in Limestone County, Texas to Doris Alene and Coy Lee Craig. Jimmie was preceded in death by his loving wife of 32 years, Geraldine Craig and brother, Freddie Craig. He is survived by two sons, Gene Craig, Jimmy "Bubba" Craig; four grandchildren, Christopher Craig, Michael Craig, Cameron Craig, Amanda Craig; three great grandchildren, A.J. Craig, Amelia Craig, Liyah Craig; two siblings, Gregory Craig, Beverly Goodrum and husband Pistol; as well as numerous nephews and nieces.
The family will be receiving friends for visitation on Saturday, October 7, 2017 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, with a service at 10:00 AM in the Grand Chapel at Brookside Funeral Home followed by a burial at Brookside Memorial Park, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039.
