Jimmie was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Ben Rosenblad, Jr. and Calvin Rosenblad.
Jimmie was a loving husband, father and grandfather that will be missed by everyone that knew him. Jimmie retired from Xerox after 25 years of service. After his retirement he spent his time as a teacher for Alief ISD.
He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Phyllis Rosenblad; children, Jamie Seach and husband Todd and Kyle Rosenblad and wife Isabel; grandchild, Ciana Rosenblad; sisters, Marion Powers and Liz Sanford; brother, Kenny Rosenblad; along with numerous other loving family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Arthritis Foundation, www.arthritis.org.
Visitation will begin on Friday, January 4, 2013, at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, 13001 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas 77079, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. A funeral service will be held at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, on Saturday, January 5, 2013 at 12:30 p.m. Interment will follow at Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
