Mrs. Jo Frances Chumbley Dale passed away at her home in Brookdale Willowbrook on Easter Sunday April 12, 2020. She was in a very Peaceful sleep. She was born on December 3rd, 1926 to Jessie Brown Chumbley and Grover Cleveland Chumbley. She graduated from Texas Christian University in 1946 with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce. She married James Russell Dale in Fort Worth, Texas June 29, 1946 at the Christian Church on the TCU campus. She is preceded in death by her loving Husband of 51 years and her sister Marjorie Clark. She is survived by her 3 sons, Steven W. Dale and wife Gale, Keith M. Dale and wife Debbie and Richard J. Dale and wife Carolyn and sister Bobbie Williamson. She also loved seeing and being with her 9 Grandkids and 14 Great Grandkids. She loved her life growing up in Fort Worth and could still tell you all about the street that she lived on, Meadowbrook Drive, the picture of her in a pink Sunday Best dress when she was 4 as well as the picture with her favorite stuffed Dog Jack which she still has. She was a Charter Member of Memorial Drive Christian Church where she loved to participate in numerous church functions. She was loved by many and so many have gone before her.
