Mrs. Campbell was my ESL teacher when I first came to Houston in the 90's. She was extremely kind and generous with her time, helping me with my writing, spelling and grammar. I will always remember her with gratitude and love. 

Joan was one of the first neighbors we met when we moved to Austin in 2009.  She was very welcoming and generous with her time.  Joan pointed us in the right direction for many things that one needs to know when locating to a new area.  More importantly she was a friendly voice and a caring neighbor.  We valued her friendship very much.

Many a night, I spent time with Mr. C , Mrs. C,  Jenny,  and Brian having dinner. Far from my home in Mississippi and starting a new job, Mrs. C took me under her wing.  She was a bundle of energy and a force to be reckoned with by all.  She loved fiercely and demanded much but also gave a lot back in return.  She will always be missed.

I feel so blessed to have had Mrs C take me under her wing after I graduated and move to Houston. She was like my 2nd mom. Randy and I and our family will miss her dearly.
