Joe Hall Lipe Jr.

He is preceeded in passing by his parents Joe Hall Lipe Sr. and Ruth Grant Lipe, daughter Susan Hardin, brothers Jerome Lipe and Ricky Lipe.

Joe had a career in oil and gas and worked as a mechanical and electrical engineer as the Manager of Cost Estimating for Mustang Engineering, Modec and other engineering companies as a consultant.

He had a passion for golf, art, and enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, and on Saturday’s he liked watching the cooking shows, and then would proceed to copy the new recipes from the shows with his occasional added twists.

He is survived by Joe Hall Lipe III, and wife Cynthia, Lawrence Lipe, David Lipe, and Cynthia Wilson, and Chris and Kelly Rodgers. Grandchildren Beverly Lowe, Jonathan Lipe, Victoria Brooks, Ashley Lipe, Joshua Lipe, Pauline Forbes, Lawrence Lipe Jr., Allison Lipe, Kyle Hardin, Connor Hardin, Russell Jackson, Katie Wilson, Ryan Wilson, Emma, Abby, Michael and Macy Rodgers and 6 great grandchildren.

The viewing will be held at Brookside Funeral Home Champions from 4:00-8:00 p.m. with Vigil at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday March 22nd 2022, and Graveside services will be held on Wednesday March 23rd, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Earthman Resthaven.
