Joey Andre Lane

Joey accepted Christ at an early age under the leadership of C.O. Frazier at Bethel Baptist Church in Sealy, TX. He later moved his membership to St. Stephen Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Paul D. Landrew in Houston, TX. Where he was a member there until his health failed him.

Joey was preceded in death by his father, Earnest Lane; His grandfathers, Kado Lane and Rev. Arthur Deaver. His grandmothers, Nettie Lane and Pearl Deaver. His sister Portia Lane-Rodriguez, his nieces, Gabriela Lane and Ronnie’ Curtis and a host of uncles, aunts and cousins.

He leaves to cherish his loving memories; his son, Joey Andre’ Walton, His mother, Lorene Lane, His brother, Leroy Tyrone Thompson, His sister, Dikeba Lane-Wells (Jerry). Aunts: Christine Seals (Charles), Florann Lane, Thelma Lane and Choicey Hill. Uncles: Joe Thompson, Anderson Thompson, Oscar Thompson and Joseph Lane. Nieces: Soriaya Ford and Treasure Ford. Nephews: Terrance Lane (LaTaysha), Jarvys Lane (Tamera) Jeremiah Ford and Ja’Kai Lane. His extended family The Walton Family.
