Jose, known as Joe, found joy in life’s simple pleasures. He loved fishing, gardening, traveling, and barbecuing. He could often be found searching for hidden treasures at garage sales or relaxing on his front porch, listening to his favorite music—Tejano, blues, and classic rock. A devoted Houston Astros fan, Joe also enjoyed motorcycle riding in his younger years and embraced retirement with a full heart.
His loyal dog, Element, remained faithfully by his side until the very end—a reflection of the deep companionship Joe gave and received throughout his life. Above all, Joe loved his family. He treasured time spent with them and created lasting memories filled with laughter and love.
