My precious Joey,
   The tears never stop flowing and my heart continues to ache.When will this nightmare end? I love you so very much my sweet son. I don't know how your Dad and I will continue to live out our days without your presence in them. Today is Daddy's Birthday and both he and I have cried because of our loss. It's our loss and we know that because in our minds, we know that you are happy with the Father in Heaven. Please pray for peace for our family, as we know that you are at peace now. We love you my darling. God bless you and eternal rest grant unto you Joey and may your soul rest in peace.

Joey, yesterday was your 40th birthday. It was bittersweet because although it was sad, once again I was contacted by someone that you had helped in their time of need. I am amazed at how little I knew of your many acts of caring, giving and kindness. So many people have told me of how you had helped them at a time were they were at their lowest. My heart swells when I realize how you followed Jesus in ministering to others without ever expecting anything in return or even telling others of your many acts of kindness. Joey, I am so proud of you and of what a wonderful caring and giving man you were. God truly blessed me in allowing me to be your mother. I love you baby and miss you so much my precious son.
